  1. Your job is scheduled from start to finish; we don't start other jobs until yours is complete.
  2. 99% of jobs start by 9:00 am or earlier. If we're going to be late the customer is notified.
  3. Detailed explanations of all jobs are available - in laymen terms.
  4. All materials are high quality and meet the National Electrical Code. No second hand or used materials are ever installed.
  5. Temporary power generators are provided if your electric will be out for a significant amount of time.
  6. Clean Up - We use tarps, vacuums and whatever is needed to keep your home clean.
  7. After each job we do a walk through to ensure customer satisfaction.

Payment and Financing


For our customers convenience we accept multiple forms of payment including cash, check, major credit cards, and financing. The accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If financing is more up your alley, Big D Electric is an approved contractor for AFC First and Mariner Finance.
